Activity

Use this iDevice preferably to indicate an activity, exercise or task.

When selecting "Activity" from the list of iDevices this will be shown in your eXeLearning:

At the top, you can modify the title of the iDevice.

In the central text field, write your content. In the text editor, you can insert images, multimedia content ...


Remember
:

  • If you want, you can use the iDevice "Activity" for other types of activities. Use your imagination ! Experiment and think how it can be useful in other proposals that you have in mind.

Activity Example: Looking for Goya

The image you see above is entitled "The work" and belongs to a well-known Spanish author of the eighteenth century born in Fuentedetodos, province of Zaragoza in 1746.

His work includes easel and mural painting, engraving and drawing. In all these facets developed a style that inaugurates Romanticism. Also, his work is the beginning of contemporary painting, and is considered a precursor of the pictorial vanguard of the twentieth century.

You will have to find out which author you are talking about and make a text document in which you present your life and attach some of your most representative pictorial works.

Practice eXe: Insert images

Perform the following procedures:

  1. Open the file myfile2.elp that you created in the previous activity (You can double click on it).
  2. Select the "Insert images" node.
  3. Create an iDevice "Activity".
  4. Write the text of an activity in which you ask your learners to do a search for images of a painter of your liking.
  5. Find a work by that painter and save it in the folder "Course of eXeLearning".
  6. Insert the downloaded image on the first line using the "Insert / edit image" button. Complete the "Image description" and "Title" fields. Modify the width of the image in the "Appearance" tab. In the "Header and caption" tab, complete the fields and determine the license. Press the "Update" button.
  7. When finished, click on the button to see the result.
  8. Save the changes. (File>Save)
