After having done the listening activity, visit Let's move website, America's Move to raise a Healthier Generation of Kids, which has the support of Michelle Obama.

There is a plan with five easy steps that different sectors can do in order to keep healthy. Review the simple steps to success of the different groups. You will have to choose one of the groups and record the steps in pairs in order to upload the result to your learning diary:

Record your steps to success in pairs and produce a video clip saying them loud. You can use the web WeVideo to record them. Your teacher can help you in all this process and with the pronunciation.

After having recorded them, you have to project them in the classroom and your classmates have to assess it using the 'Rubric to assess a video assignment in the classroom'.

  • Now, you have to look for some interesting links where you can obtain more information about what might happen in the year 2050. Your teacher can help you select the most interesting ones.
  • You have to share what you have found with the rest of the class through different means. For example, you can use a Twitter hashtag,(#taskprediction or #EDIAwashington).
  • You can brainstorm ideas about “predictions for the future” and start thinking which five you are going to include in your infographic.

If you still need more expressions in English about how to express predictions, it would be a good idea to read how to make predictions in order to have more ideas and vocabulary for your video.
