Would you like to develop your abilities or  powers?, Would you like to study in X-Kids School?


Only the best students with a lot of imagination and creativity are selected to study in X-kids School. Here you will become a fascinating hero by developing your skills in English and ICT.

Moreover, you are going to develop the key competences and the specific competences (multilingualism and interculturality, oral and written comprehension, oral and written expression, oral and written interaction and  oral and written mediation) at the same time you review and/ or learn the verb to be, to have got, to wear, vocabulary related to super heroes clothes and weapons, physical description, music, hobbies sports, sustainability, practice pronunciation etc.

You are going to do different tasks (individually, in pairs and in groups) to be able to do the final challenge.

The students will

  • listen to Miss Pathy’s telpathic message and practice oral comprehesion.
  • learn how to follow instructions
  • practice oral mediation by explaining  thier classmate the meaning of telepathy
  • practice written comprehesion by reading the CV of a classmate.
  • search on Internet to find people with powers similar to Flame’s power
  • practice the pronunciation of   is /isn't /are and aren't.
  • invent their secret name and their X-Kid name
  • learn adjectives to describe people by watching a video
  • practice people’s description by using the verb ‘to be’
  • practice the verb ‘to be’ and ‘to have’ by using gamification
  • practice  the pronunciation of have /haven’t and has/hasn’t

The students will:

  • list the subjects of an ordinary school
  • review the days of the week and the hours and to review the pronunciation of the days of the week.
  • learn vocabulary related to abilities and powers by using gamification
  • practice the pronunciation of abilities and powers just studied.
  • identify the abilities and powers similar to their mother tongue
  • practice oral interaction about likes and dislikes about the subjects
  •  know the modal verb ‘can’
  • watch a video about the 2030 Agenda to know its SDG. 
  • explain with their own words actions to meet them and will debate about ideas to work in each subject.

They will have to do the 1st mission: Internet investigation for ideas to meet the 2030 Agenda in each subject.

The students will:

  • practice people’s description by using the verb ‘to be’ and ‘to have’
  • watch a video to know adjectives for people's description

They will have to do the 2nd missioncreating a digital presentation of their X-Teachers

The students will:

  •  know the email structure
  •  practice written comprehension
  • play the game 'guess who' to practice yes/no questions with the verb ‘to be’ and ‘to have’
  •  practice oral agreement

They will learn vocabulary related to outfits and weapons to choose theirs as X-kids.

They will have to do the   3rd mission: creating their avatar.

The students will

  • practice written comprehension and oral comprehension in order to practice the abilities as X-kids
  • express abilities in affirmative, negative and interrogative form
  • learn vocabulary related to sports, music and hobbies by gamification
  • practice oral interaction about sports, music and hobbies

They wil have to do the 4th mission: creating a poster showing their abilities and powers

The students will

  • practice oral mediation by translating a message from the mother of a student,
  •  practice oral interaction by sending an email

They will have to do the Final Challenge: to creating a CV
