The interview

Put the following sentences in the right order.

  • Welcome and thank you for your participation, attention and time.
  • Introduce the interviewer/s briefly and specify who is going to ask questions and who is taking notes.
  • Outline the interview process: approximate length, main topics to deal with and its purpose.
  • Start the interview with open-ended questions related to daily routines (so the interviewee can feel confident to express him/herself).
  • Then introduce those questions about IKIGAI which are more related to other people.
  • Summarize the main ideas given by the interviewee just to close and to show active listening.
  • Ask for any other information or question the interviewee wants to share. Thank for him/her participation, attention and time again.
  • Thank you again for taking part in this interview.
